Returns & Exchanges
Paper & Pen offers exchanges or store credit on undamaged, unworn, like new with original packaging goods that are returned to the store within seven days of purchase.
Due to hygiene, products that have been worn can not be returned or exchanged. This includes earrings and nail polish. Perishable items such as plants, can not be returned.
Returns from our online store will be accepted, however the postage will be at the cost of the customer.
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Please don not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Damaged Goods
If products arrive damaged, please ensure contact is made within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Images of the damaged products and other specific details will need to be recorded and reported to process a claim.
If contact is not made within this time frame, we will assume that your order has arrived safely and unfortunately will not be able to process an insurance claim with the courier.
Faulty Goods
In the off chance your product is faulty, we will allow the return for a full refund, replacement item, or credit upon assessment. This can be done by returning your product, with proof of purchase, to the store as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the product has been purchased online, please contact us to arrange the return. Contact us via email – info@paperandpen.com.au. We recommend that when posting the item, it is registered with a tracking number, Paper & Pen does not accept any responsibility for products that are lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
